1. Agreement

By using KingxTech's website or products, including K-XpertAI and SynthCode IDE, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

2. Using our products

You must be at least 13 years old to use KingxTech products. You're responsible for the content you submit and the code you generate, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use our products to build or distribute malware, violate others' intellectual property, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or break applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and code you create using our products. By using them, you grant KingxTech a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Beta features

K-XpertAI and SynthCode IDE are under active development. Beta and early-access features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice as we iterate.

6. Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is." AI-generated output can contain mistakes — review generated code and content before relying on it in production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KingxTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as our products evolve. We'll post changes here and update the date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
